Re-Membering: A Healing Circle For Mothers Who Grieve

Anyone who’s interested in making change in the world also has to learn how to take care of herself, himself, theirselves.

Re-Membering: A Healing Circle For Mothers Who Grieve

This retreat is for all those who experience the mother archetype. We’ll tell our stories of grief and loss as a contemplative journey through the heart using our bodies and our creativity to show us the way. This is an opportunity to learn how to grieve with one another. We will decide what a community of grievers can look like. Collectively, we are a gathering of nervous systems tapping the well of healing through grief. We seek others to share in the gifts of giving and receiving. Together we will explore.

  • We will walk through the gates of sorrow.

  • We will listen to ourselves in a new way.

  • We will hold the stages of grief.

  • We will process how trauma lives in our bodies.

  • We will create awareness, a ritual, ceremony around healing our bodies, our minds, and our trauma with compassion.

  • We will find our way together, our natural way to enter into healing and discover the dance between agony and beauty.

The act of becoming whole and processing together creates transformation.   It is the evolution of listening, undoing, and unwinding.  We visit the murky waters and find connection to self and to others as we navigate in forward motion.

Join us on this journey. It doesn’t have to be alone.
